Habia cable Products list
The conformable alternative to semi-rigid coaxial cables. Unlike traditional semi-rigid coaxial cables Flexiform is easy to strip and form by hand without the need for any specialist tools and is available in a range of variations.
Flexiform L is a conformable low loss microwave coaxial variant. All Flexiform cables have options of fluoropolymer or halogen free jackets and are available in a range of alternative colours.
A high performance microwave, Multibend is an ideal alternative to RG402 and RG405 semi rigid cable with increased flexibility and durability.
Suitable for:
- Test and measurement cable applications
- Coaxial cables for cellular base stations
- Coaxial cables for satellite ground systems
- High frequency cable applications
Habiaflame wires and cables will now be available in two different versions – our standard RV version, as sold for many years, and now the RVH version with a halogen free topcoat. Tested and approved to the latest standards, the new version has bolder colours, a better surface finish and can be manufactured in sizes from 0.5mm² up to 70mm².
Our Habiaflame wires and cables are used in a wide number of applications where extremely high temperatures will be found (will work up to a peak temperature of 1565°C), and in safety circuits for critical equipment.
With obvious advantages over other types of high temperature cables such as a lifecycle up to 5 times longer than many alternatives, offering cost savings and a reduced threat of breakdown situations and lost production. Habiaflame wires and cables contain no asbestos and are unable to propagate fire. They are flame retardant and highly temperature resistant.
Our Habiatron wires and cables have been developed especially for exacting demands of the nuclear industry.
Requirements include high radiation tolerance and long life, temperature resistance, high performance, specialist shielding, halogen free materials, high flexibility or high flexlife. Whether you need qualification to Class 1E, IEE 383 or intrinsically safe cabling that continues to operate in emergency shutdown systems, Habia Cable can offer the design expertise and performance materials to ensure that your custom design cables are fit for purpose.
Hi-Flex is a range of highly flexible power cables designed to meet the increasing power management demands in commercial and military applications.
- Increased current carrying capacity
- Reduced cable size
- Reduced maintenance
- East of installation
Hi-Flex ZH is a low smoke zero halogen (LS0H or LSZH) option with the same high flexibility as standard Hi-flexSpeedflex Halogen Free (LSZH or LS0H) coaxial cables Speedflex is a range of 50 ohm 75 ohm low smoke zero halogen (lszh) coaxial cables, developed to meet the increased demands of the telecommunications industry where a higher electrical performance is required, together with halogen free and flame retardant materials (LSZH or LS0H).
These halogen free coaxials provide:
- low foamed dielectric for LSZH alternatives to RG coaxials
- high foamed dielectrics for improved electrical performance
- same dielectric constract as PTFE
- custom designed variations available for individual applications
This range of naval defence cables are lightweight and small size with limited fire hazard.
Thin wall and zero halogen for the strictest fire performance specifications, Speedfoam DS markets include:
- power control and instrumentation cables
- UK Defence standard approved coaxial cables (61-12 part 25)
Range of low loss, halogen free phase stable coaxial cables designed to meet the increasing demands of the radio frequency and communications industries.
- Low loss coaxial cable
- phase stable cable
- excellent shielding properties
- Halogen Free Cable
- low smoke and flame retardant
- available with a number of customer variations for specific applications
Our New High Power, Low Loss Coaxial Cable, Speedfoam HT low loss coaxials have significantly higher power capacity than typical foamed PE coaxials, together with reduced attenuation at higher frequencies.
Speedfoam HT cables are currently available in the popular 240 and 400 sizes.
